<p>It&#8217;s amazing how much work the Japanese put in to shaping trees. Sometimes a single tree might have up to 20 odd supports holding individual branches up. Other times the one small trunk might have single branches that are many metres long. </p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>It&#8217;s taken a while to get stuck into Okonomiyaki, and then the first one is a but different to what I&#8217;m used to. I&#8217;m more familiar with the one that&#8217;s like a doughy, thick pancake with vegetables in it &#8211; mostly bean shoots. Hiroshima style involves two pancakes with noodles and very finely sliced cabbage sandwiched between them. I had one with shrimp. As with some of these foods, while they are delicious, they do turn into a bit of a sauce delivery system. The thing I love the most about Okonomiyaki in Australia is the brown sauce and mayonnaise &#8211; you know the mayo -the one that is about 60 grams of fat per 100 grams&#8230; <img src='http://www.farnsy.net/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif' alt=';)' class='wp-smiley' />  it seems the mayo isn&#8217;t served with Hiroshima style&#8230; Disappointing, but still delicious.
